AIT Chemical, Inc. Coral Industries Exhibiting at 2026 ISPA in Orlando, Florida
Coral Industries, a division of AIT Chemical. Inc. is proud to present five all-new water-based adhesive products. We will be exhibiting at this year's IPSA show in Orlando, located in booth #2132. We will also be introducing 4 revolutionary and innovative products that have the capability to bond EPE/PE and EPP/PP besides the traditional PU and EVA foams.
1- AB2550-PLUS is benchmark setting and the first in the industry to accomplish the feat of INSTANT bonding (within 30 seconds) for open-cell foams to themselves and to other substrates. Besides the speed to match that of the solvent-borne contact adhesive, AB2550-PLUS also achieves strong bonding to EPE/PE, EPP/PP substrates.

2- AB2750-EFB is the first the water-based contact adhesive to achieve high bond strength for EPE foam to itself and to all other substrates (other than PTFE and silicone). Besides its ability to provide high strength bonding to EPE and EPP foams, AB2750-EFB also provides strong bonding to traditional open-cell foams such as PU and EVA foams and most common substrates.

3- CC4158 is one of the earliest heat-activated water-based adhesives based on Polyurethane dispersion (PUD) for high performance applications in the last 20 years. It provides outstanding bonding to almost all substrates with bonding force of over 1,000 psi shear bonding force at ambient and maintains high bond strength up to 85ºC. The wet-bonding process is also applicable. When in use and further processing reaches temperatures above 60ºC, the bond strength and water-soaking resistance of the adhesive joint reaches the same as heat-activated bonding.

4- CC4358: Building on the success of CC4158, Coral Industries scientists and engineers added some polymer molecular modifications and are proud to introduced CC4358, which offers higher temperature bonding and water-soaking resistance. It can also use the wet-bonding method to bond foams of all polymer types with high bond strength while maintaining high bond strength to even higher temperatures.

Coral Industries had served the contact adhesive industries since 1968. After AIT Chemical, Inc. acquired Coral in 2024, teaming with the scientists and engineers of AI Technology, Inc., the company has focused on developing more water-based adhesives for expanding foams, leathers, fabrics, woods and other substrate bonding applications. AIT Chemical, Inc. is proud to join membership of the ISPA.
AIT Chemical, Inc. has manufacturing and customer service centers in Los Angeles, CA, Princeton, NJ, and Shenzhen, China.
